Best wine at the Abq Wine Festival

A 2001 Red Zinfanel, dry, yet softly finished with the character of raspberry jam and rhubarb, oak and black pepper. If this wine doesn't make you want to retire in a vineyard..and by retire I mean live at the vineyard sampling wine all day.....then perhaps you should seek counseling.

Wild Rivers and Views to Camp by

It's a tough call, but there might not be a better place to convene with earth than at the Wild Rivers Recreation Area. We went and camped 30 thirty feet from the rim of the Taos gorge. Here the Rio Grande and Red River are preserved in their natural, free-flowing state for present and future generations to enjoy and appreciate. You can hike the Rim, hike to the Rivers, fly fish, or just enjoy nature and know that you are in the right place and the right time.
